In combinatie met spermadodend middel schijnt het 98 procent te zijn... evenveel als condoom, maar beschermt niet tegen soa's. Ik heb er 1 en vind het een prima anticonceptie middel als je een vaste partner hebt, geen zin hebt in condoom en geen zin hebt om pil te slikken, spiraal en meer van die shit. Dan is het ideaal! Je moet wel ff handig worden met het inbrengen en je hebt verschillende maten. Oefening baart kunst
