Hotmail Server Error in '/ 'Application

Mijn hotmail doet raar. Nadat ik mijn wachtwoord heb ingetypt krijg ik de volgende mededeling op mijn scherm.
Server Error in '/' Application.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

Dit is abracadabra voor mij. Kan iemand mij vertellen of dit een probleem bij hotmail is en dat ik gewoon geduldig moet wachten, of is dit iets waarmee ik zelf aan de slag moet.
Ik weet niet of het ermee te maken heeft, maar ik heb vanochtend een viva-topic in mijn notificaties gezet. Kennelijk een populair topic want in no-time kreeg ik meer dan 100 berichten in mijn inbox die ik dus niet kan verwijderen omdat ik niet meer in mijn inbox kan.

ja dat denk ik wel,als er meer mensen zijn die er last van hebben,
Ik heb mijn zusje gebeld zij kan ook niet inloggen ,krijgt dan hetzelfde.
Ik zie via messenger dat ik nieuwe email heb,als ik dat dan wil aanklikken krijg ik server to busy of runtime error,noem maar op, ik kom er niet in.
is de hele dag al zo,heel af en toe kan ik wel inloggen en nu dus niet.
