I've just clicked on the link, but I find it very hard to read because no (!!!) sentence in correct English text. It makes you wonder how well it can give anyone advice on regulations if he can not read (see this post), nor can write (see blog).

En pas ook op, jullie geven juridisch advies over een procedure en roepen vol vertrouwen 'there are absolutely no risks'. Dat moet je NOOIT doen. Er zijn namelijk wel degelijk risico's verbonden aan een dergelijke procedure. Wat je bedoelt is dat de prijs niet hoger kan worden vastgesteld door de HC denk ik, maar dat is maar 1 aspect van de zaak. Woedende huisbazen, veranderde sloten en opzeggingen van contracten (niet toegestaan, maar toch) zijn niet ongebruikelijk.
