Wie weet welk liedje dit is?!

Oké normaal ben ik een ster in het vinden van artiesten en songtitles! Maar dit lukt me echt niet, dus ik ga een extra hulplijn inschakelen.
Beschrijving: (I know erg vaag but forgive me, It's killing me!!)
Een vrouw zingt in principe over helemaal niets. In het Engels zegt ze dat ze in haar eentje zit in een café, uit het raam te kijken.
Couplet. da da da dum da da da dum, dadá dada dadadadá (x2)
Dan ziet ze een vouw buiten staan in de regen, ze kijkt haar aan (en nog iets)
Couplet
Barman komt haar drankje brengen etc.
Iedereen kent het nummer, dat weet ik zeker. Maar shit ik kom er maar niet achter.
Je bent een held als je met deze sumiere beschrijving , mij kan verlossen!

he is looking out the window
at sombody coming in
"It is always nice to see you",
says the man behind the counter
to the woman who has come in
she is shaking her umbrella
And I look the other way
as they are kissing their hellos
I'm pretending not to see them
instead I pour the milk
And I open up the paper
there's a story of an actor
who has died while he was drinking
it was no one I had heard of
And I'm turning to the horoscope
and looking for the funnies
when I'm feeling someone watching me
and so i raise my head
There's a woman on the outside
looking inside. does she see me?
no she does not really see me
cause she sees her own reflection
And I'm trying not to notice
that she's hitching up her skirt
While she's straightening her stockings
her hair is getting wet
Oh, this rain it will continue
through the morning as I'm listening
to the bells of the cathedral
I am thinking of your voice...
I finish up my coffee

OMG Thanx! Geweldig, dit is hem.
Nee geen irritatiefactor. Ik kende het liedje natuurlijk wel, maar laatst hoorde ik het in de auto. Toen fascineerde dit nummer mij ineens (heb ik vaker met bepaalde liedjes, opeens vallen ze op)
Ik vind het zo fascinerend, omdat het liedje echt helemaal nergens over gaat, gewoon een moment uit het leven gegrepen. Herkenbaar. Lekker simpel gezongen. Briljant eigenlijk.
